該設(shè)備采用水平臥式鋁型材結(jié)構(gòu)，由進(jìn)料段·預(yù)洗滾刷段·普通自來水水滾刷段·去離子水滾刷段·風(fēng)刀干燥段·出料段·風(fēng)機(jī)箱和電控柜等組成。 

The equipment adopts a horizontal aluminum profile structure, consisting of a feeding section, a pre washing rolling brush section, a regular tap water rolling brush section, a deionized water rolling brush section, an air knife drying section, a discharge section, a fan box, and an electrical control cabinet.

主要部分材料： 

1）傳輸膠輥采用全硫化丁晴橡膠輥（灰色），軸頭采用 不銹鋼材料。 

2）與水接觸的鈑金全部采用 SUS201 不銹鋼材質(zhì)。護(hù)罩類鈑金采用 SUS201 不銹鋼材質(zhì)。 

3）所有的噴淋水管采用 SUS201 不銹鋼材質(zhì)，采用扣式噴嘴。 

4）機(jī)架部分采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型材焊接和鋁型材組裝式而成。

Main materials:

風(fēng)機(jī)干燥段 

A 風(fēng)干段設(shè)計(jì)合理，風(fēng)機(jī)箱架在風(fēng)箱架上，不占用場(chǎng)地。箱體 

上下部均設(shè)有消音材料，噪音小，可改善工作環(huán)境；（1.5 米距離測(cè)量 80 分貝以內(nèi)）

C▲風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)口配有兩道過濾網(wǎng)，粗過濾（精度 F5）和中效過濾網(wǎng)（精度 F7)

A 滾刷清洗段和風(fēng)干干燥段上部可整體電動(dòng)升降，操作簡(jiǎn)單， 方便設(shè)備的維護(hù)，保養(yǎng)和檢修。配有高強(qiáng)度螺桿，升降高度可達(dá) 300MM. 

B 設(shè)計(jì)共有 3 對(duì)毛刷，毛絲直徑為 0.25MM,毛刷直徑為 160MM, 不銹鋼軸頭。上·下毛刷獨(dú)立電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，皮帶傳動(dòng)。 

C 第 3 對(duì)輥刷后設(shè)計(jì)有干水風(fēng)刀。保證清洗的效果。 

D ▲輥刷清洗段共設(shè)計(jì)有 3 個(gè)的水箱可獨(dú)立可串聯(lián)。

    ▲水箱回流水都裝有過濾網(wǎng)、水泵使用快拆接頭。

Design B has a total of 3 pairs of bristles, with a diameter of 0.25mm and a diameter of 160mm, with a stainless steel shaft head. The upper and lower brushes are driven by independent motors and driven by belts.

The third pair of rollers in C is designed with a dry water air knife after brushing. Ensure the effectiveness of cleaning.

The D ▲ roller brush cleaning section is designed with three water tanks that can be independently connected in series.

The return water of the water tank is equipped with a filter screen, and the water pump uses a quick disconnect joint.

電氣控制： 

設(shè)備中的電機(jī)·風(fēng)機(jī)·水泵·傳輸·照明·升降等操作都由控制柜控制，PLC 操控。主傳動(dòng)采用變頻器調(diào)速，清洗厚度由編碼器測(cè)量。

Electrical control:

The motor, fan, water pump, transmission, lighting, lifting and other operations in the equipment are all controlled by the control cabinet and controlled by PLC. The main drive adopts a frequency converter for speed regulation, and the cleaning thickness is measured by an encoder.
